The “Stone Free” application is developed for patients suffering from urolithiasis. It gives an opportunity to provide patients with the basic information about this disease, proper liquid intake, proper diet for patients with different chemical composition of the stone and diverse methods of treatment with different localization of stone in urinary tracts. The app also reminds the patient about stent removal, if it is inserted. “Stone Free” gives an opportunity to enter data about the doctor (his/her phone number, e-mail) for the patient to be able to contact him/her and remind about a visit. There are also reminders about planned undergoing of ultrasound and some crucial information about such method of treatment as metaphylaxis of urolithiasis.
The main functions:
- Information supply about daily requirement of liquid depending on the weight of the patient
- Statistics which show the dynamics of proper liquid intake
- Basic information about diagnostics and methods of treatment urolithiasis
- The opportunity to enter personal contact information of the doctor and ability to contact him/her
- Information supply about metaphylaxis of urolithiasis
- System of notifications which reminds the patient about visit to a doctor, undergoing of ultrasound and time of removal the inserted stent in urinary system.
This application is not recommended for self-treatment. All the prescriptions have to be prescribed by your doctor.
The application is developed with the participation of the high-qualified urologist, the current member of the European Association of Urology, the American Association of Urology, the Association of Urology of Ukraine, the chief urologist of the city of Zaporozhye (Ukraine), the head of the urology department of the city clinical hospital of the first medical aid, the assistant of urology department in Zaporizhzhya State Medical University - Unguryan Alexander Bronislavovich.
